Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
a) Cancellation by Customer
Cancellations must be made in writing via email or official contact channels.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing and service providers’ policies.
b) Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within [7–14 business days].
Some bookings (e.g., flights, special offers) may be non-refundable.
c) No-Show Policy
Failure to appear for a booked service will be treated as a no-show and may result in no refund.

Travel Documents and Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:

We are not liable for issues arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation.

Daizy Holidays acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, transporters).
We are not liable for:
Delays, cancellations, or changes by service providers
Loss, injury, accident, or damage during travel
Natural disasters, strikes, or force majeure events

We shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including:
